I would ride this every day if I lived here! It’s only 17 miles long and located in the Black Hills of South Dakota. What’s great is that this road was DESIGNED to ensure that driver’s drove slowly in order to admire the beauty of their surroundings. The Journey IS the Destination here. The road starts/stops (depending on your direction) at either Custer State Park or Mt. Rushmore.
